Adynamic and exciting Karmiel based Online Marketing agency is looking for a new VP Marketing! What You’ll Do Manage the day to day marketing operations of our 40+ person company by setting and driving organizational vision and marketing strategy. Oversee the company’s operational activities including manpower and budget planning, forecasting, recruitment. Ensure each business unit is meeting its monthly goals Issue monthly client reports and update clients on all monthly results. Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies. Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting What you need A proven ability to manage both people and processes and a fast paced environment. Minimum 3 years of management experience. Excellent English - verbal and written A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics. Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues Work collaboratively to develop and/or improve systems, processes, controls and procedures that improve the overall efficiency of the company. A can-do upbeat positive spirit!
