We are looking for a NOC Team Leader to join us. Our Company is a family-feel integration company that is under constant growth. Our team provides services of design, implementation, and support of large-scale Azure Cloud Infrastructure to many Corporations and Startups in Israel and abroad, while collaborating with different Vendors such as Microsoft. The company supplies comprehensive solutions for complex Cloud and IT environments: Azure, Hybrid, On Premise, etc. We are looking for a people-oriented person who is a team player to join our truly special family. Job description Responsibilities: • Establishing the team as an independent team and developing workflows within and with other departments • Infrastructure Monitoring \Incident Management • Escalation & troubleshooting • Performance Optimization and Process Improvement • Writing automation processes • Dealing with existing monitoring systems such as Data dog, Azure Sentinel, Azure Monitor, etc. • Configure and build monitoring systems and reports. Professional requirements • Experience of 3+ years as NOC Engineer, with a deep understanding of infrastructure components, networking, and cloud technologies. • Experience in Monitor systems, especially in a cloud environment. • Experience in Monitor tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, Datadog, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Azure monitor, AWS CloudWatch, etc. • Experience in Windows and Linux servers. • Experience in Power Shell/Python/Perl/Bash. • High level English – writing, speaking, reading. • Out-of-hours support availability. משרה # 240105 מיועדת לגברים ונשים כאחד
