Responsibilities: • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building and nurturing trust and domain expertise-based relationships. • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers in pre-sale stages, understanding their needs and challenges, and providing appropriate solutions. • Design and architect Cloud systems based on customer requirements, leveraging your expertise in IT systems architecture design and Direct Experts unique services. • Conduct webinars, podcasts, round tables, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions and attract potential customers. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop comprehensive proposals and statements of work (SOWs) that address customer needs. • Provide pre-sales support, including troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Contribute to content creation efforts, including LinkedIn posts, newsletter and customer community articles, technical documentation/videos, to educate and engage customers. • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously expanding your knowledge and expertise. • Maintain knowledge of the company’s strategic vendors solutions as well as the commercial options and required processes for delivery. Must Have Requirements: • Professional-level proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proven experience in IT systems architecture design, with a deep understanding of infrastructure components, networking, and cloud technologies. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing customer needs. • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
