We are building a modern mental-health platform for Gen Z. Join a small, product-minded team to design, build, ship, and run features end-to-end (React + Python) and help shape the architecture from day one. Responsibilities: Architect, build, and operate scalable services in React and Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django). Integrate AI tools in production Implement real-time video features (WebRTC/HLS/DASH) and optimize latency/cost. Drive design reviews, security, reliability, and maintainability standards. Requirements 5+ years of full-stack experience. Strong React (modern state management) and Python backend expertise. Proven AI production work: fine-tuning and/or RAG with vector databases. Cloud: AWS/GCP/Azure, microservices/serverless architectures. Datastores: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elastic. Experience with large-scale, high-performance applications. Nice to have WebRTC/HLS/DASH/FFmpeg, GPU workloads, and hands-on AI optimization for latency and cost. Apply
