Alpha Tau is hiring – Design QA Engineer Join our innovative team at Alpha Tau Medical as a Design Quality Engineer! Key Responsibilities: • Oversee design quality activities during product development and transfer • Develop, write, and maintain SOPs and quality documentation • Develop and maintain risk management documentation (FMEA, fault tree analysis) • Prepare and review design control documentation (validation protocols, test reports, risk analyses, design inputs/outputs) • Collaborate closely with R&D, regulatory, clinical, and engineering teams • Ensure compliance with FDA QSR (21 CFR 820), ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and MDR • Partner with R&D on design control and process validation • Collaborate with Operations on process improvement initiatives Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality, or related field • Minimum 3 years’ experience in design quality in the medical device industry • Strong knowledge of FDA, ISO standards, and risk management methodologies • Proven experience in quality procedures and development documentation • Excellent technical writing skills in English • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, team player Position Details: • Reporting to: QA Director • Location: Jerusalem – on-site only • Employment Type: Full-time
