We are a fast-moving, fast-growing organization dedicated to advancing innovative treatments across multiple cancer indications. Role Overview We are seeking a Global Marketing Manager to support international launch activities, brand development, conference participation, and marketing operations across the US, Europe, and Japan. This role is ideal for candidates with 2–5 years of experience in medtech, biotech, pharma, or related healthcare fields. The position is hands-on, operational, and requires strong cross-functional collaboration with clinical, medical, product, and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities * Support global product launch activities and development of marketing materials. * Coordinate brand messaging, content creation, and digital/social media assets. * Plan and execute global conferences, events, and clinical meetings, including logistics and strategy. * Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance marketing operations and streamline content, image, and video creation. * Collaborate with internal and external teams on patient recruitment, awareness and educational materials. * Maintain project timelines, approvals, and marketing documentation. Qualifications * 2–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or commercial roles in medtech, pharma, biotech, or similar. * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or related field (preferred). * Strong organizational, and project management and execution skills. * Hands-on, proactive, creative, collaborative and professional mindset with the ability to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment. * Experience with conferences, content creation, or digital marketing. * Comfortable working on-site with cross-functional teams. * Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with physicians, clinical teams, and patients. * Native or near-native English proficiency.
