Mini-Circuits Israel develops components and test equipment for the general market. We are looking for a high-potential graduate engineer to join our RF hardware team and take part in the design and development of advanced RF and mixed-signal boards. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers on real products —from concept through bring-up and validation—gaining hands-on experience in high-frequency, high-performance systems. Location: North Israel On-site full-time position Job requirements: • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering • Basic understanding of RF fundamentals (S-parameters, impedance matching, gain, noise) • Familiarity with lab instruments: Spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, signal generator (VNA – advantage) • Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment • Advantages: 1. Experience with simulation tools (e.g. ADS, HFSS) 2. Experience with schematic tools (e.g. Altium Designer) 3. Academic or project experience in: RF design (GHz range) 4. PCB layout understanding for RF/mixed-signal systems
