Avion Systems Inc. is a Spare Parts Distributor and Stockiest in the Commercial Aviation Industry specializing in Rotables, Expendables and Engine Components. Avion is an efficient dynamic company, operated by an experienced aviation professional team. The candidate must be able to solve problems, make informed decisions, multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, think outside the box, and work to achieve maximum results. Responsibilities: • Processing of incoming Purchase Orders from customers, opening Sales Orders, fulfilling orders to customers from company stock and/or purchasing activities, including issuing Sales Order Acknowledgement and Pro-Forma invoice. • Processing of Repair Orders to repair facilities worldwide, approving repair quotes and negotiate contact and repair rates. • Manage the company inventory located at company facilities, repair facilities and customer sites. • Administer exchange transactions with customers and vendors. • Work in conjunctions with Sales Account Managers regarding order fulfillment status. • Purchase of all parts needed for stock or order fulfillment, including identify the appropriate vendor, negotiate prices and issue Purchase Orders to vendors. • Facilitate and expedite parts to customers and ensure order is in compliance with customer’s Purchase Order, close Sales Orders and handover to Accounting Dept for final invoicing
