TechFinancials, a high tech company in the online industry, located in Herzliya Pituach is searching for a dedicated and highly responsible Technical Account Manager. Job Requirements: • 2+ Years experience as a Technical Account Manager/Customer Success Manager in a SaaS company. • Technical background include hands-on experience in at least 2 of the following programs: • Linux servers. • DB query (MySQL preferred). • WP CMS. • HTML and CSS. • CRM. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – a must • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. • A fast learner with the ability to work independently. • Customer support orientation. • Experience with working at Matrix organizations. • Knowledge and work experience with affiliation technologies - Big advantage • Experience from the on-line gaming/ Financial industry- advantage.
