English Affiliate Account Manager A successful global gaming company is looking for an English Affiliate Manager. Responsibilities: Managing initial contact with affiliates, Recruiting and developing new business partnerships in the global markets. Seek out new Affiliates, manage existing Affiliates and reactivate lapsed affiliate accounts Analyze performance and recommend/implement improvements to meet Affiliates’ online marketing objectives Demonstrate business values and application of our analytics tools Understand Affiliate wants and needs Provide support to Affiliates, understand their needs and provide solutions in real time Represent Affiliate needs inside our organization • Managing monthly activity plan and performance budget. Requirements Affiliate Marketing experience – Must!! Affiliate Marketing experience from the gaming industry –Must!!! Experience with sales/Retention from an online company field - Must!!! Excellent level of English- speaking and writing Practical internet background Experience working with large goals and meeting them Highly motivated, energetic, goal oriented Manage stressful situations and deadline pressures well The right person must be pro-active, professional, motivated, organized, responsible, and must demonstrate a passion for excellence and success
