1. Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements, translate these into prioritized detailed projects and product plans 2. Direct Cloud & IoT Project R&D management combining wireless connectivity hardware and embedded software development according to the marketing plan 3. Partner with the R&D, sales, and operations to gain understanding of the required products, features, and processes 4. Manage sales of digital and assist the sales teams to communicate value propositions and create a cohesive, high quality customer experience 5. Identify and manage project risk and maintain project plan 6. Lead and work with regulators and figure out the most efficient way to comply with standards and regulations 7. Ensure Testing and quality management 8. Delivery of financial reporting and forecasting to management 9. Build and lead a highly competent core team that work collaboratively to design, develop, and deliver the best possible user-experience for our customers 10. Manage external contractors to ensure project plans are met 11. Help grow the team and seek out new relationships with contractors 12. Analyse feedback from the clients, contractors, sales teams, and other key stakeholders Required Profile: 1. Experienced with managing and integrating multi-disciplinary state of the art technology, including hardware, firmware, cloud-based software etc. and turning it into a business plan 2. Digital systems experience, knowledgeable in Smart City applications 3. Proven experience with cyber security in HW and internet communications 4. Knowledge of international communication regulations 5. Leadership skills 6. Project Management skills 7. Strategic Thinking 8. Customer oriented 9.
