2015 – 2023 Import Manager & Logistics at CITY TIME ISRAEL.
During the past 8 years, I was the import manager and logistics department at CITY TIME ISRAEL,
where I was responsible for managing the company's import operations. My role involved working
closely with suppliers abroad, conducting negotiations, and persuasion processes to secure the most
favorable deals. I had the privilege of leading all the importing activities, from planning and setting up
the store project to managing product inventory for all the chain stores.
As a skilled import manager, I was responsible for coordinating shipments with forwarders, air and
sea freight, land transporters, and armored deliveries in Israel and abroad. Additionally, I worked with
customs brokers to optimize pricing costs and ensure smooth import operations. I was also
responsible for communicating with various governmental institutions, such as the Institution of
Standards, the Ministry of Communication, the Trade Industry and Labor Institute, and the Israel
Export Institute.
My experience has taught me how to be an expert in business relations and creating solid alliances
both inside and outside the organization. I have accumulated proven experience in project
management and have developed strong communication skills that have allowed me to work
effectively with people at all levels of the organization. Lastly, I have an unwavering commitment to

2011 – 2014 Import Operations Coordinator at Katzenstein Adler - Electra Directly working with
purchasing managers, factory managers, technical engineers, logistics personnel, suppliers and
manufacturers abroad, and forwarding companies. I was responsible for the operation and control of
the import process, from the closing of the transaction until the arrival of the goods to the
warehouse/factory/final customer. I calculated the import-export costs, checked price lists, and
invoices, and was in direct contact with government institutes such as the Ministry of Health, etc.
2010-2011- Head of the import department "Pharma Guri"- a nutritional supplements company.
I was responsible for all the supply chain processes, from planning the inventory to ordering and
importing. I submitted customs documents and handled the product licenses. I worked with
government institutions such as the Ministry of Health, etc.
2009 – 2010 Administrative Secretary (ADECOO) at SAP, Ness, A-mobee. I was responsible for
ongoing office management, meeting coordination, guest reception, and preparing presentations and
reports.
2005 – 2009 Head of Lighting and Storage Departments, IKEA Furniture Ltd. I provided frontal
sales consulting to customers, assisted in the design of storage and lighting systems, and prepared
departments for the annual sale. I was responsible for department inventory control and ordering
products to the sale floor from the main and internal warehouse
