2006- 2009 Working for FSI International (TEL as for today),
a semi-conductor company, as a
European Process Eng.
As a part of my position, involved with the
Installation and qualification of the FSI tools (Wet Benches)
at FAB18 Intel , Qiryat Gat,( former Numonyx Israel and
Micron ) after training at FSI process Lab in Chaska,
Minnesota, USA.
Also, Creating recipes and data analysis of the Wet Benches
on site together with the customer to meet his needs.
Involved with collecting data and performing failure analysis for
improving the wet benches performance.
An active member of the FSI European Process Management
Group, with supporting other European customers as ST,
Numonyx R2 (Agrate, Italy), Crolls (Grenoble, France) etc.
Developing presentations for the customer based on
marketing requirements.
2004-2006 Working for Mattson (Dry Etch/RTP) supplier as a FSE at Intel
FAB18 (Micron as for today). As a part of my position, involved
with the installation of Mattson tools at FAB18 after training in
Dresden&Taiwan.
Also, involved with the chemical process of the Dry Etch tools.
Building a plasma presentation with training the Mattson/Intel
FSE's the fascinating physics of plasma.
Perfoming leak rate tests and troubleshooting of the ICP
(Inductive Coupled Plasma) Mattson tools. Tuning EP
Detection for optimum process time.
2001 - 2004 Install coordinator of wet benches made by SCP Global
Technologies located at Tower-semiconductors, Israel.
SCP’s tools I was working with, for five years are combined
inside them multi-discipline systems. Whilst the installations,
managing the installation team on site together with suppliers
of peripheral tools for the SCP’s tools, like Astex (an Ozone
Supplier) and PCT Systems Inc. (Megasonics Supplier).
1999-2001 Working for SCP Global Technologies in the semiconductor
Industry (Wet Etch) as a Field Service Eng. – located at Intel FAB18.
1996-1997 Instructing Computer Courses to youth at Kfar Galim.
1989-1995 Radar technician (sps-Radar) in Naval Shipyards in a
development team.
