Electronic monitoring equipment for Law enforcement. The company was held by a private equity fund, Apax Partners and was sold to Allied Universal Security Inc, a global security corporation in 2022. The company has 5 active subsidiaries.

· Overall responsibility of all finance, accounting, tax, insurance and banking aspects.

· Consolidated reporting according to US GAAP.

· Managing a team of 7 employees locally and another 6 globally (in US and New Zealand).

· Management of financial impact on logistic transactions as freight and inventory.

· Lead an ERP implementation of Oracle NetSuite including automatic consolidation.

· Key participant in due diligence to sell the company.

· Responsibility over two internal mergers to optimize the corporate’s holding structure.

· "Right hand" of the company's CFO in all Financial and legal aspects.

· Oversee all subsidiaries financial processes, reporting, financial statements and tax filings, including global financial policies.
