WORK EXPERIENCE:
• 2/2021- present: Working at ‘Aummune’ company. Specialize in production of organoids
derived from patient biopsies of different tissue types (breast, head and neck,
cholangiocarcinoma, etc.) and their phenotyping by FACS. This is the critical and first step
of the company, to create a personalized medicine based on the cell line I grow, now at the
first phase in a clinical trial.
• 2/2019 – 2/2021: Rabin Medical center, Beilinson at PDX Oncology Laboratory of Prof.
Salomon Shtemer. Researcher on multiple cancers immunotherapies.
• Laboratory experience: lead immunotherapy project- manufacture and testing CAR-T cells
on breast Her2 positive cancer. working with cancer tissues, blood, and body fluids from
hospital patients. Isolation of HMNC's. lentivirus infection and transduction. Maintenance
of primary T cell cultures, tumor spheroids and single cell cultures. Tumor implantation to
mice: IP, SCR, IV, Liver, Mammary. Furthermore performing functional assays and
analyzing them with ELISA or FACS.
2015-2018 Laboratory technician at the Institute for Scientific Research in the Galilee
(MIGAL), in the Immunology Laboratory, headed by Prof. Gidi Gross:
• Genetic design and engineering of genes, work with bacteria, DNA preparation, in- vitro
mRNA preparation and electrophoresis. Various methods including: ELISA, Killing assay
and FACS.
