2022-Present: integrating a child on the autistic spectrum:
• As the integrating role, I am the mediator between the child and the school system.
• As part of my responsibilities, I have to strike a balance between the child's needs and the realities and regulations that surround them. This involves developing an action plan to monitor progress in the child's relationships with society, adherence to school rules, and achieving emotional and behavioral self- control.
• To achieve these goals, I establish a secure and inclusive relationship system between both of us, with the appropriate balance where the child feels they can trust me while also respecting and listening to me.
2017 - 2022: Waitress, Shift manager and Apprenticeship manager at Benedict restaurant, Tel-Aviv.
