 Being a member of an experts’ group with vast infra and operational experience at production set up and maintenance. The group’s mission was to identify and learn the production scale for new MS customers. We developed handover plans, managed, and lead the plan (through stable production and stable infra team) on site for production support within budget, scope, timeframe without compromising on product quality.
 Planed and managed full implementation for Amdocs customer with old HW, of new hardware replacement in production as part of Manage Services. This replacement has saved Amdocs huge maintenance cost for the old hardware.
