Research topic:
My Ph.D. research was in the field of atmospheric optics, including intensive use of MATLAB. I wasinvestigating the effect that small perturbations of the air's refractive index have on a laser ray
propagation in the atmosphere (for example in a communication channel between the ground and asatellite). The research includes a lot of theoretical work and also a very intensive use of MATLAB (bothof which I've already finished). I've successfully developed an anisotropic model of the atmosphere asa random medium for the passage of a laser ray through it, and applied numerical calculations on it.See publications number [1] & [2]. Computational electromagnetism researcher | FVMat. May 2023 - Nov 2023 Working on simulations of Meta-Atoms and Meta-Surfaces.  Used Python scripts in order to create models in the "Ansys HFSS" Electro-Magnetic simulations software. Used Python scripts to conduct sensitivity testings on those models, while interacting with the "AnsysHFSS" software.
Machine learning researcher | Israel Oceanographic and Limnological
Research (IOLR) Jan 2019 - Dec 2022 Working as part of the DARTIS project (Development of an Automated, Real-TimeIntelligentInformation System for supporting oil and gas operations off the coast of Israel).  Ministry of Innovation, Science & Technology, Israel - project number 3-15218.  The Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), Germany – project number 03F0823A. Intensive work with the TensorFlow platform using Python. Developed an ANN system for waveforecast for the Israeli Mediterranean shore. Developed original approaches in averaging of data ona grid, processing multidimensional data in an ANN, and combining multi- and unidimensional dataas an ANN's input.
