Diode Characterization and Analysis (Advanced Semiconductor Lab):
Analyzed I-V and C-V characteristics of a semiconductor diode under room and heated
conditions. Conducted experiments using the Keithley 4200 system to extract
parameters like saturation current, parasitic resistances, and built-in voltage.
Evaluated temperature effects and deviations from ideal behavior, uncovering insights
into doping non-uniformity and temperature dependence.
Final Grade:100.
truck controlling system:( Micro controller course):
Developed a system for external control of a truck to minimize traffic accidents. The
system monitors driver alertness using a distance sensor between the driver's head and
the seat. Utilized ARM and 8051 microcontrollers.
Final Grade :96.

Reduce children's forgetfulness in the car:
This project aimed to prevent children from being left unattended in cars. I developed a
sensor system to detect a child's weight and temperature, utilizing logic gates,
converters, high vibrations, and transistors.
(Using less precise components, I aimed to design a precise circuit.)
Final Grade :90.
