Company Logistics Sergeant in the Artillery
Battalion (Reserves)
Oct 2024 - Apr 2025
During the Iron Swords War, I enlisted in the reserves as a company sergeant major in a
battalion stationed in southern Judea and Samaria. I was responsible for logistics
planning for the entire period, inventory management for the entire battalion, coordination
with supply agencies, and ongoing distribution of equipment to soldiers. The work included
coordinating personnel, supervising complex logistical processes, and working closely with
a variety of internal and external IDF entities while maintaining continuous functioning and
coordination under pressure. During this period, I was required to manage dynamic
schedules, identify problems in the field and respond to them quickly, develop and refine
plans under changing constraints, and prioritize tasks while maintaining operational
efficiency. The work required a systematic view, independent decision making, and
effective communication with many interfaces.
Military Service
Regular service Aug 2021 - Aug 2023
I enlisted as a squad leader in the IDF Basic Training Program (MAGAL), where I was
responsible for leading and training approximately 40 soldiers in each training cycle. The
role required real time decision making and direct responsibility for human lives. I
completed my service as an outstanding commander.
Later, I was promoted to the rank of Logistics Sergeant, where I expanded my
responsibilities to include creating schedules, coordinating between multiple units,
managing a team, and overseeing training operations.
This role demanded strong organizational skills, efficient resource management, and the
ability to work under pressure. Throughout my service, I developed excellent interpersonal
communication skills while working with soldiers, commanders, and civilian staff from
diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
Significant experience in coordinating, organizing, and managing tasks, gained through
command and logistics roles in the military. Skilled in team leadership, real time decision
making under pressure, and managing complex operations. Strong organizational
abilities, attention to detail, and systems thinking. Graduate of a project management
course, highly motivated to contribute to a growing organization through rapid learning,
excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach. Seeking entr level positions in
management, logistics, operations, or project management.
