(Base Station), verity types of Cable Modems (IP, Ethernet and E1 based) and
NMS SW.
 System implementation, including at customer's premises, mostly in the USA.
 A team member which develops a unique video technology.
Position II, 2004 – 2006: Worldwide Customer Support Manager
 Pre/Post Sales support, including remote and on-site technical support.
 Installation, implementation and power-on of systems in the filed, both for trials
and operational systems.
 Technical authority approving customer's installations, maintenance, help-desk
etc.
