entire IT infrastructure and cater to the needs of all departments and teams. Beyond the standard IT issues, I

During my time at McKesson I was responsible for all Tier 3 support for the company’s software products,
technical issues investigations and operations and maintenance of the company's virtual servers (VMware
ESXi). As part of my role, I was also providing full technical support for the company’s North American
customer base.
