In recent years I’ve had the opportunity to initiate, plan, manage and execute large projects. I’ve brought
together and coordinated between hi-tech companies, developers, nonprofits and suppliers, and worked with
people from diverse communities. In a constant effort to learn and develop new skills, I am now looking for the
next challenge in the area of community and project management.
2023-2025 Community Manager, Michal Sella Forum

Non-profit organization developing technological solutions to cope with domestic
violence
● Community Manager: Established and managed communities for tech entrepreneurs
combating violence against women, including initiating and producing events and
workshops.
● Project Manager: Maintained daily team communication, tracked progress in building
tech startups, provided holistic support, and facilitated connections with association
resources.
● Partnership Developer: Created and maintained collaborations with stakeholders in the
tech and legal industries.
● Operational Project Lead: Organized project tracking, ongoing reporting, and external
research evaluations, ensuring operational and administrative project management.

2021 Project Manager, Hackathon 2021 Project, Michal Sella Forum (Projects)
● Strategic planning and management of the entire Hackathon
● Working with graphic designers, PR companies (publicized across all media channels),
sponsors and suppliers
● Leading a team of 20 volunteers and managing the budget
● Producing online events, creating and managing the schedule
● In collaboration with the Jerusalem City Council, conceiving and organizing a special art
exhibition and gala event dedicated to Michal’s paintings, with hundreds of attendees.

2019 - 2020 Community Manager, Cyber Education Center

Managed the SHIFT Community (formerly CyberGirls), part of a project aim to help integrate
young women into the cyber security tech sector. My responsibilities were:
● Managing online and offline CSR coding events (hackathons, workshops, courses) in
cooperation with several hi-tech companies such as Google, Microsoft, Amdocs, Elbit
● Creating digital community tools for the various CSR projects (online forums, social media
channels, etc.)
● Picking and updating content for multiple CSR initiative websites
● Maintaining and supporting a virtual community (FB and WhatsApp) of several hundreds
young girls who took part in the coding events
● Coordinating and working with over 200 volunteers
● Managing 10 mentors and 20 scholarship students working in each event
● Creating SHIFT presentations for different purposes and audiences
2010 - 2019 Community Mentor and Art Therapist - Ministry of Education

● Community Counselor at Rashi Fund - incorporating young women into hi-tech
● Leading group activities for young women, including empowerment sessions and career
guidance. An independent company rated these activities with 10/10.
● In parallel, I owned and managed a private Art Therapy clinic, doing also the marketing
● Youth Mentor at the Jewish Agency
