▪ Lead all production engineering SC and operation activities
▪ Dev of more than 13 products (POC, DVT, EVT.MVT etc)
▪ Management of 20 Engineers -HW /QA / Mechanical /designer etc.
▪ Coordinate with Manufacturing/Process engineers to support production line
▪ Drive the supply chain setup and maintenance for products developed by R&D
▪ Lead Change Control meetings and Product Coordination
▪ Manage NPI project, including forecast and control project budget, plan project schedule and
ensure project on track, lead project to reach targets specified by main project
▪ Participate in cross PMO initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the project
management processes
▪ Provide high level leadership in industrialization and development process to achieve cost
effectiveness supply chain and ensure supply on time and on quality
▪ Supervise production to secure the prototypes on time and yield on target
▪ Support all new product launches

Test and production &product engineer -2013-2015
▪ Dev and transfer products in China to mass production phases (Jabil & Foxconn)
▪ Dev testing equipment for mass production product with sub-contractors companies
▪ Make customer adjustments to existing products +cost reduction, DTC, DTM, etc.
▪ Validation and reliability tests for EVT product + reports+ ECO’s +root cause analysis reports
▪ DTP expert on DOE and Mems products
▪ Volume – 10K-100K
▪ Des & Dev DOE tester -collaboration with NTS Austria
Production manager (2004 – 2012)
• Dev 3 medical product + 5 Industrial Fiber laser products + Regulation /CE FDA
• Quality control system -QMS etc.
• Leading Supply chain and planning Dep+ DTC-DTM etc
• Mid-scale management - 50 employees (testing, integration, QA, Application etc.
• Optical amplification patent -implementation
• Volume -thousands per year
• Customer field support – India & Europe
