2023 - Present: Supply Chain Business Partner at Sanofi:
• Inventory management owner: coordinate with regulatory and marketing teams on forecast changes (increases/
decreases of forecast) and verify and improve the production plan.
• Manage 4PL partners for labeling, order fulfillment, and returns.
• Responsible for handling narcotics/ controlled products and ensuring compliance with Ministry of Health regulations.
• Lead monthly forecast meetings and presentations with Finance, Marketing, and Global & Local Commercial teams.
2022 - 2023: Supply Chain Specialist at Roche Diagnostics:
• Established a new affiliate of “Roche Diagnostics” in Israel, defined the end-to-end logistics chain for 1,200+
products in collaboration with Finance, Marketing, Regulation and Quality.
• Built and managed external 3PL warehouse interfaces and communications covering all logistical aspects: customer
order processing, goods receipt, inventory adjustments and system-to-physical inventory reconciliation.
• SAP key user and administrator: configured platform interfaces and per-product business logic, resolved system
errors (IDocs), and instructed employees on the system.
• Ongoing cooperation with Israel’s customs, Standards Institution of Israel and Ministry of Health for release of imported
products.
2020 - 2022: Supply Planner at Loreal:
• Collaborated with Regulatory and Marketing departments to create new product launch and registration processes,
maintain product life-cycle updates, and perform sales analysis to adjust inventory forecasts.
• Master Data Management – implemented product catalog in SAP: opening or closing products for sale, changing the
order type for the product, changing the product classification.
• Coordinated with warehouse on labeling, customer orders, customer returns (defective) and goods receipts .
2016 - 2019: Supply & Demand Manager at Takeda:
• Managed the company's inventory and sales forecast analysis; issued purchase orders to the company's global plants;
and full management of the warehouse (4PL) operations.
• Led new product launches requiring complex logistics, including design and management of the logistics chain.
• Directed the design and implementation of a global SAP project for the Israel affiliate, established system interfaces:
