2024 - Present Senior Product Manager – Tea-Fi | Crypto DeFi startup
Leading the development of a DeFi platform (B2C, web and mobile) simplifying user onboarding and experience in the crypto DeFi ecosystem. A unified solution combining crypto asset management, cross-chain swaps, fiat on/off-ramping, yield and staking, eliminating multi-chain and gas-fee complexity through account abstraction and gasless transactions (utilizing EIP-7702).
Key Responsibilities
Planning and executing product roadmaps and requirements, designing wireframes and addressing complex UI/UX challenges. Monitoring KPIs and analyzing user feedback to drive continuous improvements. Managing outsourced design and R&D teams under tight timelines. Conducting market and competitor research and planning revenue streams, GTM and user-onboarding strategies together with the marketing and community departments.
Achievements: Since the initial launch, the platform reached over $150M in trading volume, 650K+ unique wallet connections, ~30K on-chain MAU, and secured two ecosystem grants from the Polygon Foundation.
2022 - 2024 Senior Product Manager - InMed | Remote medicine startup
Led and maintained the continuous development and growth of a remote medical care system encompassing EHR for medical data management with AI-based insights, a mobile app with smart NLP bots for medical decision-making, integration with various medical devices, and data synchronization with external medical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborated closely with R&D, physicians and support teams, conducting research to align the product strategy with the US medical billing market, planning roadmaps, defining and tracking KPIs, preparing PRD and prototypes, solving complex UI/UX issues, writing user stories for R&D, and working with Agile (Scrum) practices.
