Embedded E2E lifecycle ownership into QA strategy by aligning Dev and QA responsibilities, tightening defect follow-through including defect RCA and keeping reporting focused on release risk and readiness.
Served as ISO and internal quality auditor across multiple projects, supporting compliance and corrective actions without slowing delivery.
