PGPP is a subsidiary of two listed companies, operating four natural gas-fired power plants and other
investments, with a turnover exceeding 1B NIS. Managed a finance department of 8 employees
overseeing 5 active companies.
Main achievements
 Lead capital reduction process and secured banking system approvals for ownership change
 Managed extensive project finance facilities including rates fixing
 Implemented payments and logistic processes within financial systems
 Implemented iSox
 Managed complex accounting policies (e.g. LTSA contracts recognition, valuations)
2013 - 2021 | Head of the Finance division Israel Electric Corporation (IEC)
Oversaw a finance division of 60 employees responsible for local and international debt issuances,
budgeting, and projections. Managed a turnover exceeding 20B NIS.
