CFO of Objet Geometries Ltd. 3D printing industry. Role included multi-national operations (over 150M $), strategic planning, preparation & implementation of BP, capital raising from private and public investors; overall responsibility for financial activities including quarterly and monthly reporting, budgetary control, banking, cash flow management, tax planning, product costing & pricing, development of ERP system, establishing and monitoring group subsidiaries (Europe, USA, Italy).

1996-1998
CFO of Idanit Technology Ltd. Responsibility corporate financial activities (over 75M $). including monthly and quarterly reporting, banking, cash flow management in a very financially difficult situation, tax planning, products costing & pricing, and development of ERP system. Company sold to Scitex Corporation at a gross valuation of $68m.

1990 – 1995
CEO and Director of Claridge Small Business Development Fund Ltd. A subsidiary of Claridge Israel Inc. The company managed funds used to promote small and medium size businesses. The company offered credit facilities on special terms, based on a multi-facet business analysis, repayment capacity and business potential. This approach was a breakthrough in the Israeli capital market, as far as small and medium size businesses were concerned. The company established a strategic operation activity with Discount Bank, one of the 4 leading Banks in Israel, in which more than 3,000 loans where granted (over $150M). This program is considered a big success in the small business government and private activity in Israel.

1988 - 1990
Head of Economics Department, Ordan Industries (Clal subsidiary) with sales turnover of c$100 million); handled group budget preparation, routine budget control, product costing and group economic affairs including: investments, introduction of costing systems, budget, liaison with the Clal parent company, balance sheet analysis and liaison with the accounts department.
